Equine Hoof Anatomy is owned & run by farrier & bare foot trimmer: Mark Johnson Dip WCF. PREVIOUS 2013 CLINIC 1 SCHEDULE FOR: This clinic is comprised of a demonstration of a leg dissection, from the knee or hock down including the hoof. It is supported by a PowerPoint presentation & will cover hoof development, its structure, biomechanics of the hoof & lower limb, the anatomy & most important of all, its function & relationship to the rest of the body. This is, as are all the clinics a very much "hands on" clinic as there will be plenty of opportunity to touch & feel different structures, experiencing what it does. SO BRING A CAMERA IF YOU CAN !!! There is no need for any prior knowledge so the clinic will be suitable for anyone with an interest in horses. However even advanced p rofessionals will I hope find interest in the subject material. We will start at 10am prompt & will look to finish around 3.30pm. Tea / Coffee etc. will be available throughout, but please bring your own lunch.
